Contact Us

Questions, thoughtful suggestions, and details we should look at again. Here is how to get in touch with PetSolia.

Have a question about a guide, spotted a detail that needs correcting, or found a link that goes nowhere? Email PetSolia directly. A clear page address and a short explanation help us understand the issue.

Suggest a correction

Include the guide title or URL, the sentence you are concerned about, and a reliable reference if you have one. Please distinguish a product specification from a general preference.

Request a topic

Tell us which product decision is difficult and the setting it needs to work in. Details such as a narrow hallway, limited laundry space, or a particular fastening design are more useful than a request for an unspecified “best” product.

Report a site problem

Send the page address, the browser or device you used, and what happened. If you attach a screenshot, remove personal information first. Accessibility feedback is welcome.

Ask about privacy

Use the subject “PetSolia privacy request” and identify the email conversation concerned. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens when you browse or email us.

Before you write

A few helpful answers.

Can I order a product from PetSolia?

PetSolia publishes informational product guides. We do not sell products, take payments, arrange deliveries, or handle returns. For an order, warranty, replacement part, or recall question, contact the seller or manufacturer shown on your purchase documentation.

Can you recommend a treatment for my pet?

The contact mailbox is for editorial and website matters. We cannot diagnose an animal or provide individual treatment advice. Contact a veterinarian for health concerns or urgent care.

Is there a contact form or a mailing list?

No. The Open email button opens your own email application. The Copy email button copies the address when your browser permits it. Neither button subscribes you to anything, and copying the address does not send a message.

What should I leave out of my message?

Please do not send payment information, passwords, identification documents, or private veterinary records. A page URL and a concise explanation are generally enough. Include only attachments necessary to explain the issue.
